Senior Enterprise Integrations Manager
Skills
- 5+ years NetSuite development experience (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SDF/SuiteCloud)
- Proven experience building and managing integrations with Celigo (Integrator.io)
- Deep knowledge of integration design, middleware patterns, and data mapping
- Experience with ERP↔CRM synchronization (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Quote)
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging and data reconciliation skills
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce integration experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and other enterprise systems using Celigo and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and integration designs.
- Lead integration projects across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Lead to Quote, and Supply Chain Management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and system reliability.
- Continuously evaluate and improve integration architecture, patterns, and processes.
- Document integration designs, configurations, runbooks, and best practices for cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required)
- Relevant certifications or coursework in integrations, NetSuite, or middleware technologies (preferred)
