NiCE is a market-leading global software company focused on AI, cloud and digital solutions for customer experience, financial crime and public safety. We are seeking a Director, Partner Acceleration Executive to develop and scale strategic relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), build partner recruitment and enablement programs, and coordinate cross-functional resources to drive partner-driven revenue growth and market expansion.

Skills

  • Expert-level GSI account management and global systems integration experience
  • Proven track record of partner/channel sales and value consulting selling
  • Experience architecting multivendor solutions across hardware, software, networking and storage subsystems
  • Strong executive relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, low-structure environments and coordinate cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships across the NiCE GSI partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Architect multivendor GSI solutions and ensure integrated subsystem interoperability
  • Collaborate with Partner Alliance Leaders to support partnership growth initiatives and align cross-functional resources
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with GSI sales, architects, and client account teams
  • Design and deliver partner training and enablement on NiCE products, services, and go-to-market strategies
  • Scale partner sales activities including pipeline generation, opportunity management, and joint forecasting
  • Engage with clients onsite to identify use cases, quantify value, and lead value-oriented discussions with stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Advanced degree (MBA or technical master's) is a plus but not required
