Your Impact
NEXT|HEALTH is seeking an experienced and passionate Naturopathic Doctor (ND) with a strong background in Functional Medicine, Women's and Men's Health, Anti-Aging Medicine, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
The ideal candidate is deeply committed to guiding clients toward optimal wellness and longevity through evidence-informed, holistic care. As a Naturopathic Doctor at NEXT|HEALTH, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic, innovative environment. What to Expect
In this role, you can expect to:
- Provide high-quality, individualized patient care while working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs, concerns, and health goals
- Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend personalized treatment plans, including lifestyle modifications, supplements, and therapeutic interventions
- Order, perform, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, including blood work and specialty panels
- Develop tailored health optimization protocols based on a thorough review of patient history, clinical findings, and presenting conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records (EMRs) to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures, treatment plans, and long-term wellness strategies
- Stay informed on the latest research, clinical guidelines, and advancements in functional, integrative, and naturopathic medicine
- Collaborate with physicians, medical professionals, and wellness practitioners to deliver a comprehensive, team-based approach to care
- Actively contribute to quality improvement efforts and the implementation of clinical best practices
- Prescribe appropriate natural and pharmaceutical therapies within scope of licensure and based on clinical needs
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to support excellence in patient outcomes
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for a Naturopathic Doctor who has:
- Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from a accredited naturopathic medical institution
- Successful completion of the Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Examinations (NPLEX)
- Current and valid state licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
- Board certification in relevant specialty areas, if applicable
- DEA Dispensing License
- Minimum 3 years of Naturopathic Doctor experience in primary care or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of all in-house treatment protocols, specialty services, and therapeutic modalities, and effectively integrate them into patient care to support a synergistic, outcomes-driven approach.
- Proficient clinical and diagnostic abilities
- Proficient in EMR usage and documentation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with a commitment to ongoing education
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude

Expected Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is $125,000 - $130,000 + per year, plus benefits and 20% bonus potential.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
