Freelance Sr. Producer - Live Action

Mutiny, Trailer Park Group’s integrated creative agency focused on the gaming space, is seeking a Freelance Senior Live-Action Producer for a campaign running ASAP through end of September 2025. The role requires end-to-end production leadership for large-scale, high-volume asset shoots, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and delivery, with preference for candidates experienced in agency and video game productions.

Skills

Proven experience managing complex live-action campaigns end-to-end
Advanced budget creation and management skills for large productions
Strong scheduling and resource planning capabilities
Vendor and crew hiring/management experience
Experience managing high-volume asset production and delivery
Familiarity with post-production workflows and asset handoff
Availability for full project duration and international travel (active passport required)

Responsibilities

Lead pre-production, production and post-production processes for a large integrated live-action campaign
Build and manage production budgets, day rates, vendor contracts and expense tracking
Develop and maintain production schedules and timelines across departments and vendors
Oversee casting, crew hiring, location scouting and shoot-day operations
Manage high-volume asset deliverables and coordinate post-production workflows
Ensure quality control and consistent delivery against creative brief and client expectations
Coordinate international shoot logistics, travel, and on-location operations as required
Serve as primary production contact between agency, internal stakeholders, and external partners

Education

No specific degree required; relevant production experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Production, Communications or related field preferred
