- Familiarity with SDET/testing practices and production support coordination
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of engineers and SDETs across multiple time zones, conducting weekly 1:1s and supporting career growth.
- Lead agile processes (Kanban), run team huddles, maintain board health, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate closely with Product Management to align roadmaps, features, and delivery timelines.
- Own operational tooling such as Jira to ensure transparency and efficient workflows.
- Lead hiring and onboarding processes to scale the engineering team effectively.
- Coordinate support activities and manage customer escalations in collaboration with Customer Success and Support.
- Facilitate communication across international teams and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (Masters) is a plus but not required
