Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $200K - $280K

We are a well-funded, established B2B SaaS company pioneering the use of AI to transform a fundamental function within professional services firms. We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead our category creation efforts and define the market narrative for our transformative platform. This role requires building strategy from the ground up in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

We need a strategic PMM leader to own and drive our category creation efforts for AI-powered optimization tools. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to define our market positioning, craft compelling narratives, and lead the go-to-market strategy as we scale globally.

What You’ll Own:

  • Category Strategy & Positioning: Define how we position our solution in the market, own our core value propositions, and create the strategic narrative that translates complex AI capabilities into clear, differentiated market value.
  • Messaging Leadership: Lead messaging strategy and execution across all market touchpoints. Transform product roadmaps into compelling market stories that align with our broader strategic narratives.
  • Product Launch Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for all new features and product tiers, from small releases to major Tier 1 launches.
  • Sales Enablement: Create high-impact assets, tools, and campaigns that accelerate deal velocity. Work closely with sales leadership to optimize the entire go-to-market and sales approach.
  • Market Intelligence: Drive thorough competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning decisions and identify strategic market opportunities for expansion.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to build marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging from the ground up, especially in ambiguous, fast-moving, or category-creation environments.
  • Narrative Creation: Expertise in crafting compelling, high-level strategic narratives that transform complex technology (like AI) into clear business value and market differentiation.
  • Sales Focus: Demonstrated success in creating high-impact sales enablement materials and collaborating directly with sales leadership to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
  • Product/Technical Acumen: Ability to translate product roadmaps and technical capabilities into clear, persuasive market-facing communication.
  • Work Status: Must be authorized to work in the US. We are unable to sponsor visas for this role.
  • Highly competitive base salary ($200K - $280K) and a generous equity package.
