Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (On-site)

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-growth AI company dedicated to building the next generation of autonomous digital workers. This is an on-site, full-time position in San Francisco, CA.

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI and digital workers. Your primary focus will be on driving velocity and end-to-end ownership of products and problems within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build new, complex workflows within our core products.
• Maintain and optimize existing feature-rich workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Act as a critical bridge between Applied Research, Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, and Engineering teams.
• Identify, propose, and implement significant architectural improvements and scalability solutions.
• Drive and enforce technical decisions and best practices across the engineering team.
• Actively contribute to product engineering across the full stack.

• 4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer, or significant, proven experience across both frontend and backend development. Exceptional candidates with non-traditional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex projects from inception to deployment.
• A strong bias for action and a proven track record of delivering results with high velocity.
• Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

Required Tech Stack Experience:

• TypeScript and Node.js
• Next.js
• Python
• Vercel and AWS
• Familiarity with communication APIs like Twilio is a plus.

Logistics:

• This is an in-office only position in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Must be able to work full-time.
• Visa sponsorship (TN and H1B transfer) is available.

• Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
