As our GTM Recruiter in San Francisco, you’ll partner directly with our Co-founder/CEO (Siadhal) and GTM leadership to build a world-class commercial organization. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for Sales, CS, and Marketing, while also helping design the foundational systems, processes, and tools that will scale our hiring engine.
Key ownership areas:
Partner with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviews, and offer processes.
Build and iterate on recruiting processes, tools, and systems to drive speed, quality, and consistency in hiring.
Act as a market expert on GTM talent in San Francisco, advising leaders on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive dynamics.
Craft exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Metaview’s bar for quality, communication, and velocity.
Track and communicate pipeline health, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders to enable fast, informed decisions.
5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a clear focus on GTM roles (Sales, CS, and Marketing) in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments.
Strong track record of partnering with GTM leaders and executives to scope roles, refine requirements, and close top-tier talent.
Deep familiarity with the San Francisco GTM talent market, including where to find candidates and how to effectively engage them.
Comfort building from 0-1: setting up tools, processes, and systems that make recruiting more effective and scalable.
Strong pattern recognition built from real hiring experience, able to evaluate candidates’ core traits, motivations, and potential using clear, structured criteria.
