Accelerate your career in accounting and finance with our CPA Development Program, a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This three-year rotational program is designed to support your journey to CPA licensure while providing hands-on experience in both Internal Audit and U.S. Finance. You’ll complete a 12-month rotation in Internal Audit followed by a 24-month rotation in U.S. Finance, gaining exposure to IFRS, USGAAP, NAIC reporting, and the quarterly close process. As part of CPADP, you’ll join a vibrant community of peers, benefit from professional development events, mentorship, and leadership exposure, and be empowered to grow into a future-ready finance leader.
Position Responsibilities:
Internal Audit Rotation (12 months): Evaluate financial and operational controls, assess risk, and strengthen your assurance and report writing capabilities through participation in internal audit engagements.
U.S. Finance Rotation (24 months): Support internal and external reporting under IFRS, USGAAP, and NAIC standards. Contribute to the quarterly close process and collaborate with teams in tax, expense reporting, and risk management.
Participate in internal audit training and apply your learning to real-world business challenges.
Work under the supervision of licensed CPAs and receive structured feedback and coaching.
Contribute to projects that enhance financial transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance with an expected graduation in 2026 from an accredited university.
Strong commitment to obtaining CPA certification and meeting the Massachusetts Public Board of Accountancy’s requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to synthesize and present information effectively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.
CPA Program Support:
Supervision by licensed CPAs from both Audit Services and U.S. Controllers teams.
20 paid study days and 4 paid exam days.
Tuition reimbursement of up to $7,500 per year toward the 150-credit requirement.
Coverage of CPA study materials and one paid sitting per exam section.
Monetary bonus for passing all CPA exams within 36 months of employment.

Salary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
