Responsibilities: The Director will be responsible for optimizing customer success strategies to boost revenue retention, ensure high customer satisfaction, improve onboarding processes, develop team members, and foster departmental alignment.
Skills: Required skills include extensive experience in Customer Success within tech SaaS, data-driven leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration and influencing abilities across departments.
Qualifications: Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in Customer Success and over 5 years in management roles, ideally with a background in EdTech, and familiarity with customer success platforms is a plus.
Location: The job is remote but has a strong preference for candidates in the Central USA region, with approximately 30% travel required.
Compensation: $150000 - $170000 / Annually
