  • Help with Naptime and Rest Periods: Assist with naptime routines, helping children settle down for rest, ensuring they are comfortable and safe, and maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment.
  • Monitor Children’s Behavior and Well-Being: Observe and report any concerns about children's behavior, development, or emotional well-being to lead teachers or management, offering support where necessary.
  • Engage in Positive Interactions: Build positive relationships with children by providing emotional support, encouragement, and engaging in meaningful, developmentally appropriate interactions.
  • Assist with Cleaning and Organization: Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment by assisting with cleaning duties, organizing toys and materials, and ensuring safety standards are upheld.
  • Assist with Record Keeping and Documentation: Help with documenting observations of children’s progress, behavior, and milestones, and assist in maintaining necessary records for the classroom or daycare center.
  • Communicate with Parents and Caregivers: Support the communication process by assisting with parent pick-up times or sharing information about children’s daily activities, progress, and any important updates.
  • Compliance with Policies. Follow all center policies, state regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Center Pride and Upkeep. Help maintain a clean school by performing trash removal, sanitizing equipment, cleaning surfaces, and keeping the school space orderly and welcoming for our families and visitors.
