What will you be doing?
 

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the sales floor and sales team
  • Desking deals, structuring transactions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coaching, training, and developing sales associates to achieve individual and team goals
  • Supporting the team in customer interactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with management on inventory, pricing, and sales strategies
  • Monitoring key performance metrics and driving consistent improvement
  • Upholding Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel’s strong reputation through professional leadership


Who are we looking for?
 

  • Previous automotive dealership management experience required (Sales Manager or Desk Manager)
  • Strong understanding of desking, deal structure, and CRM best practices
  • CDK proficiency is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team
  • Professional, polished, and able to represent the dealership with integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer and CRM proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
