About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Director to lead our Men's Health telehealth program. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires extensive experience in telehealth and a deep understanding of men's health conditions, including erectile dysfunction (ED), hair loss, and testosterone optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and guidance for all telehealth services related to men's health, including the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care through continuous quality improvement initiatives and regular peer reviews
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing telehealth services and medical practice, including HIPAA and state medical board requirements
  • Provider Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of qualified healthcare providers, ensuring they meet all licensure and certification requirements
  • Program Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to expand and enhance the Men's Health telehealth program, identifying new service offerings and technological advancements
  • Patient Engagement: Foster a patient-centric approach, ensuring a positive and seamless telehealth experience for all patients
  • Documentation: Oversee accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes
  • On Platform Hours: Dedicate approximately 15 hours/week on platform with patients

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Current and unrestricted medical licensure in all 50 states, or willingness to obtain licensure in any additional states required
  • Current and unrestricted DEA registration
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urology, etc.).
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience
  • Demonstrated experience in telehealth operations and technology
  • Experience in treating men's health conditions such as erectile dysfunction (ED), hair loss, testosterone optimization, etc.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Salary: $170,000-$180,000 annually
