Team & Position Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated D365 Business Analyst – Sales and Customer Engagement (CE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives and deliver actionable insights that shape the future of our Sales organization. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, design solutions, and implement changes that create measurable business value. What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives):

  • Implement Structured Line Review & Promo Planning Workflows
  1. Within the first 60 days identify manual Excel trackers and Monday boards and implement a plan to replace with CE-based workflows that align with retailer schedules. Incorporate milestone alerts, SKU-level tracking, and visibility for Sales and Custom Solutions teams to enable proactive planning and reduce missed deadlines.
  • Strengthen Day-to-Day CE & F&O Support and Integrations
  1. Provide ongoing support for CE and F&O enhancements, including field mapping, Sales Accelerator implementation, SLA troubleshooting, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint integration, and credit process mapping. Manage integrations with Captella and other add-on apps (e.g., email engagement insights), and ensure smooth collaboration between CE and F&O for sales-related processes.
  • Build a Centralized Retailer Hub in CE
  1. Within the first 6 months create a unified, actionable view for key retailers and segments within CE that enables sales managers to prepare for meetings, access historical data, generate sales plans, and collaborate with support teams. The hub should include embedded analytics (POS and shipment trends), shared task views across Sales and Support, account attachments (contracts, pricing), integrated SharePoint folders, and F&O snapshots for forecasting and margin analysis.
  • Enhance Sales Meeting Intelligence & Pipeline Hygiene
  1. Integrate technology for meeting intelligence and pipeline management. Automate meeting recordings, takeaways, account logging, and leverage AI to surface action items, opportunities, and follow-ups directly within CE. Aim to reduce manual data entry and improve pipeline accuracy.

Requirements/Ideal Attributes:

  • A college diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, or equivalent experience in information systems is required.
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with enterprise and desktop applications, including MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation.
  • Flexible to work weekends and extended periods of time as required. 
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques.
  • Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

Compensation Range: $110,000 – $140,000 annual salary – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set and location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here).
