- Deep experience building large-scale personalization and recommendation systems

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 ML engineers to deliver personalization systems
- Architect multi-stage ranking pipelines (retrieval → ranking → re-ranking)
- Define technical roadmap aligned to product and business objectives
- Drive improvements in model quality, reliability, and development velocity
- Establish best practices for model development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate closely with product, data science, and engineering teams
- Contribute hands-on (approximately 50% coding) to critical model development and deployments
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure on-time project delivery
Education
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
