UX Writer / Content Strategist (Public Trust)

Overview:

We are seeking a talented UX Writer / Content Strategist to join our digital experience team. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative storytelling with strategic thinking — someone who can craft user-centered content that enhances usability, drives engagement, and aligns with brand voice and business goals. The ideal candidate has experience in UX writing, digital content strategy, or web content management and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

This is a 6 month contract on EST hours.

• Write clear, concise, and engaging UX copy for web, mobile, and digital products, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and terminology.
• Partner with designers, product managers, developers, and researchers to create content that supports intuitive and accessible user experiences.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with user needs, business goals, and brand standards.
• Conduct content audits, analyze user journeys, and make data-driven recommendations for content improvements.
• Maintain and evolve content guidelines, style guides, and taxonomy standards.
• Optimize existing web and product content for readability, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and user engagement.
• Manage content workflows and publishing processes within a CMS or digital experience platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across channels and touchpoints.
