Job Overview:
The Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our operational data. This position involves entering, updating, and managing essential information related to our fuel operations and retail services, ensuring smooth business processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry and maintenance of data regarding fuel supply, sales, and inventory across all locations.
• Review and verify data for discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
• Assist in generating reports to facilitate informed decision-making within the company.
• Maintain the database with new and relevant information, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and flow of information.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and help with cash reconciliation as needed.

• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
