Applications Services Manager – Fan and Marketing Technologies

LA28, the independent non-profit organizing committee for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, is seeking an Applications Services Manager – Fan and Marketing Technologies to lead the creation, deployment and maintenance of marketing analytics and customer data applications. The role partners with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources into the Customer Data Platform, ensure data governance and compliance, and deliver reporting and attribution capabilities to support marketing and fan engagement initiatives.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and digital attribution models.
  • Experience using OneTrust, Mulesoft and Tableau for integration, governance and reporting.
  • Familiarity with self-serve ad platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads) and audience development.
  • Knowledge of customer data privacy frameworks (CCPA, GDPR) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Project management experience with tools such as Smartsheet and Jira.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, deploy and maintain marketing analytics and customer data applications across digital properties.
  • Integrate data sources and applications into the Customer Data Platform in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
  • Gather and document requirements for data sources, pipelines and application builds; manage application development lifecycles.
  • Implement and manage attribution technologies to support digital and paid marketing measurement.
  • Define and enforce data design and management strategies including data modeling, governance, quality and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and deliver reporting and analysis capabilities for marketing and customer data; create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Support cross-team working groups (LA28, Team USA, partners) to align marketing technology and data practices.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • Professional certification in at least two relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, GA4, Mulesoft, Tableau, Snowflake, Google Ads, Power BI).
  • Proven track record delivering and maintaining technical systems in production.
