The Partner Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key reseller partners to enhance sales, customer acquisition, and growth of KnowBe4 products in a remote setting from Phoenix.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include conducting partner onboarding, developing strategic business plans, enabling partner sales success, monitoring performance, and collaborating on joint marketing efforts.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong sales experience, a solid understanding of channel sales, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be results-oriented with a consultative approach.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Experience in sales, especially in channel sales, and familiarity with Salesforce is important.
Location: Remote in Phoenix, enabling applicants to work flexibly from any location within the USA.
Compensation: $140000 - $160000 / Annually
As a Partner Account Manager, your focus is on developing the partnership with key reseller partners to develop, enable, and grow these accounts. You'll understand the ins and outs of your partners, what motivates and drives them, what their focus is and more. You'll enable them to be more successful in selling KnowBe4 products. You'll work with partner leadership to gain executive buy-in and leverage KnowBe4 leadership to continue to build it. You'll collaborate with your partner to build joint business plans with agreed upon metrics and drive customer acquisition through demand gen.
