Strategic Experience Manager - job 1 of 2

Kiavi is a leading private lender to residential real estate investors, combining data and technology to deliver faster, simpler financing. The Strategic Experience Manager will manage, retain, and grow high-tier investor relationships, serve as the main advisor through the loan origination process, and deliver a white-glove experience to drive repeat business and account production.

Skills

  • Proven account management or sales experience managing high-value clients
  • Minimum three years mortgage experience (QM or non-QM) with familiarity in loan origination
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to present solutions and consultatively address customer needs
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, scaling organization

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary advisor and point of contact for strategic borrowers throughout the origination lifecycle
  • Manage the loan origination process for Strategic Accounts and ensure timely, accurate execution
  • Partner with New Business and Strategic Account Directors to grow account production and close significant loan volume
  • Qualify borrowers and deals to ensure fit with Kiavi’s loan products and tiering
  • Set clear expectations on policies, processes, timelines, and communication requirements
  • Provide white-glove service and deliver seamless relationship handoffs after borrowers’ first loans
  • Maintain and grow share of wallet across assigned strategic accounts
  • Provide feedback to CX, Operations, and Business Development on processes and structure improvements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant professional experience emphasized over specific degree
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (business, finance, real estate, or related fields)
