Junior UI Software Developer
Skills
- Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL for data retrieval and updates
- Familiarity with Node.js and AWS cloud services
- Basic knowledge of Linux command line operations
- Comfort with version control (Git) and participating in code reviews
- Fluent English with strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other developers and engineers in a fully remote environment to design and deliver UI features
- Write, test, and debug front-end and related back-end code in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
- Contribute to design and implementation of new features and UI functionality
- Ensure scalability and performance of applications through effective coding and optimization practices
- Work with relational databases for data retrieval and updates and integrate with backend services (Node.js/AWS)
Education
- Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent work experience or personal projects demonstrating software development skills
- U.S. citizenship required
