Responsibilities
- Program manage and track execution of Platform Engineering initiatives across multiple teams
- Maintain and improve Jira workflows and reporting to support delivery tracking and operational consistency
- Support the Development phase of the PDLC by ensuring teams have required tools, processes, and enablement
- Build and manage reporting and visibility mechanisms that reflect engineering health and progress
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows across Engineering
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to meet project milestones
- Manage and maintain engineering knowledge bases and documentation
- Organize and coordinate engineering-wide enablement, including agentic AI coding initiatives
- Support coordination and operations of engineering forums, communications, and initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant technical training or certifications a plus
