Growth Manager

About the Role

Growth at Judgment Labs is a hands on role that mixes events, content, and creative experimentation. You will host ground gaming sessions, run events, create high leverage content, and secure speaking opportunities at conferences.

Responsibilities

• Organize and host community events for agent developers

• Run growth experiments across content, GEO, and SEO

• Manage social channels and produce growth focused content

• Build relationships with conference organizers and secure speaking slots

• Track and optimize performance across growth funnels

Qualifications

• Experience in growth, marketing, or community building

• Exceptional communication skills and creativity

• Ability to experiment rapidly and measure results

• Comfort working in an early stage environment
