Support NYC DOT's new Department of Sustainable Delivery by conducting research, developing policy proposals, and coordinating pilots and outreach to improve micromobility and street safety across the city.

Support DOT's Vision Zero Speed Reducer program by managing tracking systems, handling official correspondence, and preparing executive reports at the Research, Implementation & Safety unit.
