Technical Program Mgmt

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager in the United States.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive marketing technology and digital experience excellence. You will oversee the planning, execution, and governance of programs that enhance automation, data integration, and operational efficiency across web, marketing operations, and revenue teams. This role combines strategic oversight, technical fluency, and leadership, enabling your team to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions, ensuring alignment, predictability, and continuous improvement across all initiatives.


  • Accountabilities
  • • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior Technical Program Managers focused on marketing technology, web platforms, data integrations, and operational programs.
  • • Establish program governance, including intake, prioritization, planning, and reporting across marketing and engineering teams.
  • • Translate business strategy into executable technical roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs, and success definitions.
  • • Identify dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, providing mitigation strategies and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, Revenue Ops, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional programs.
  • • Implement and refine processes for Agile delivery, risk management, and issue escalation, ensuring operational excellence.
  • • Champion data quality, integration stability, security, and compliance across all marketing-related systems.
  • • Lead post-mortems, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives to capture lessons learned and enhance program delivery.
  • Requirements
  • • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a proven record of delivering cross-team technical initiatives.
  • • 3+ years leading TPMs or similar technical program delivery teams.
  • • Strong executive communication skills, able to influence and align stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, and Revenue organizations.
  • • Experience bringing order, predictability, and execution rigor to complex, fast-paced environments.
  • • Familiarity with enterprise marketing technology stacks, CMS, automation tools, personalization engines, and data ecosystems (preferred).
  • • Experience supporting global web operations or high-traffic, multi-site digital platforms (preferred).
  • • Knowledge of security, regulatory, or compliance considerations in technical program management (preferred).
  • • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills to foster team engagement and continuous improvement.
