Accountabilities:

·         Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems supporting data measurement and analytics.

·         Lead software development across multiple programming languages, including Python and Java, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.

·         Integrate APIs, cloud services, and data pipelines to deliver robust data solutions.

·         Collaborate with product and data science teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

·         Mentor junior engineers, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices across the engineering team.

·         Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring cost-effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

·         Maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability strategies to ensure system reliability.

·         Participate in cross-functional projects, providing technical guidance and innovative solutions.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

·         7+ years of professional backend software development experience.

·         Proficient in Python and Java, with experience maintaining codebases in both languages.

·         Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and API integration.

·         Familiarity with AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL databases.

·         Background in data analytics tools such as Spark, Hive, or Databricks.

·         Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to influence architecture and technical decisions across teams.
