We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation project in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires managing multiple concurrent work streams, driving alignment among stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will oversee project roadmaps, track progress, mitigate risks, and report on project health to executive leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, is adept at problem-solving, and has experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks. This is a fully remote W2 contract role, with occasional travel as needed.

• Accountabilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business transformation projects.
• Manage multiple work streams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and updates to leadership through executive dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure quality and project success.
• Facilitate team alignment, maintain focus, and foster a productive work environment.
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology or business transformation projects.
• Proven expertise leading large-scale projects with multiple work streams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Project Management certification required (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with JIRA and project management tools; experience creating SOWs, workflows, and process maps.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and manage diverse personalities.
• Preferred: experience in freight or logistics industry projects.
