Sr. Recruitment Partner

This role is designed for a strategic and experienced recruitment professional who will partner closely with business leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies. The Sr. Recruitment Partner will provide expert guidance on sourcing, recruiting, and workforce planning, while developing innovative approaches to attract top talent. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence hiring decisions, provide data-driven insights, and drive initiatives that enhance the candidate experience. This position combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong relationship management across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, sourcing, and recruiting.
  • Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with overall talent strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce planning, recruitment campaigns, and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Conduct independent analysis, produce reports and dashboards, and provide insights to guide business decisions.
  • Build and lead change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of HR initiatives.
  • Identify industry trends, emerging talent needs, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Coach and support hiring managers and teams on modern recruitment practices and tools.

  • Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Appropriate HR designation is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Experience designing and implementing reports, dashboards, and talent acquisition insights.
