Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing

As a Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, you will lead strategic B2B marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth and high-quality lead generation. This role combines creative campaign design with data-driven optimization, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with sales, product, and integrated marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver strong ROI. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys experimenting with new marketing channels, and has a proven track record of scaling marketing programs in the real estate, homebuilding, or related industries. Your contributions will directly impact revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across the organization.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Design, execute, and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, email, webinars, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns, landing pages, and messaging through A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop compelling product positioning, marketing copy, and content assets in collaboration with integrated marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Track marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and strong campaign outcomes.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales objectives to support lead generation, pipeline development, and overall business growth.

  • Requirements:
  • 5โ€“8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in homebuilding, real estate, or related industries.
  • Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of running campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
