Software Engineer, Servicing

This role focuses on building and enhancing backend systems that power customer support and operational workflows at scale. You will work on mission-critical services handling sensitive financial data, integrating AI-powered tools, and enabling seamless servicing experiences for millions of users. The position combines hands-on software development with architecture design, end-to-end feature implementation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams and external vendors. • Accountabilities
• Architect, design, and implement backend services and tooling that support Operations and Customer Servicing teams.
• Develop end-to-end features, including 0→1 builds, to enable scalable servicing workflows.
• Build and maintain comprehensive documentation to support a growing and distributed organization.
• Solve complex challenges involving large-scale financial transactions and sensitive customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver reliable and secure servicing solutions.
• Integrate AI tools and LLM-powered capabilities into servicing workflows where impactful.

• Requirements
• 8+ years of experience building and shipping backend systems in high-scale environments.
• Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and execute independently with limited oversight.
• Experience with AI tools, LLM-based workflows, or integrating model-driven features into backend systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and drive to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Kubernetes, AWS, and modern software engineering practices is a plus.
