In this role, you will contribute to the development and evaluation of next-generation AI-assisted coding systems by leveraging your frontend expertise to build, review, and refine real-world web application features. You will collaborate within structured workflows to validate AI-generated outputs, ensure high-quality implementations, and provide actionable UI/UX feedback. • Accountabilities
• Develop and maintain modern user interfaces using your strongest frontend framework.
• Review, test, and refine code generated by AI coding assistants to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Build clean, reusable, and maintainable components aligned with project standards.
• Apply solid CSS fundamentals and work with styling systems such as Tailwind, Bootstrap, or custom frameworks.
• Provide structured feedback on layout, accessibility, and overall UI/UX clarity.
• Follow detailed project guidelines to maintain evaluation consistency and integrity.
• Communicate effectively with project coordinators and deliver tasks based on milestone requirements.

• Requirements
• 2–6 years of professional experience in frontend or fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern framework such as React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.
• Solid CSS understanding and experience with component libraries or design systems.
• Ability to interpret design specifications and translate them into clean, functional interfaces.
• Familiarity with Git, tooling, and common frontend workflows.
• Excellent written communication in English (B2+).
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, or automated code suggestions.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI, Chakra, Radix, or similar UI frameworks.
• A portfolio showcasing applications, prototypes, GitHub repositories, or live demos.
• Prior experience in AI training, LLM evaluation, or annotation-related environments.
• Exposure to software testing, QA processes, or documentation writing.
