Site Reliability Engineering Manager

In this role, you will lead reliability, scalability, and performance initiatives across cloud-based SaaS environments while guiding a high-performing, globally distributed SRE team. You will work at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and application operations, helping shape a modern reliability culture that enables fast, safe delivery. This position offers the opportunity to build systems that drive stability, optimize costs, and strengthen observability practices at scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, champion operational excellence, and contribute directly to the continuous improvement of cloud services.

• Build, mentor, and manage a team responsible for deploying, operating, and securing production SaaS environments across AWS and Azure.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering, security, and support teams to address complex technical challenges.
• Improve system stability, performance, and cost efficiency through enhanced processes and technical execution.
• Automate repetitive tasks to optimize operational workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Create documentation and training materials to support knowledge sharing across teams.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure consistent operational excellence.
• Participate in manager on-call rotations to support 24x7 incident response, triage, and problem resolution.

• US citizenship and current residency in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 10+ years of Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps experience in a cloud or SaaS-based environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven success building and managing geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of SaaS platforms.
• Strong background in observability, including KPIs, SLIs, and SLOs.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Java and .NET applications on Kubernetes in AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with deployment pipeline tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience running agile projects and delivering measurable improvements.
