Senior Technical Consultant (Remote - US)

The Senior Technical Consultant will serve as a technical subject matter expert across a variety of SaaS and CRM technologies, supporting clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing sales engagement platforms. This role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic problem-solving, ensuring clients achieve full adoption and realize business value. Working remotely, the consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams, project managers, and client stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable solutions. The position requires both deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to influence and guide clients. Success is measured by the quality of implementations, client satisfaction, and adherence to technology best practices.

Accountabilities

·        Manage and execute customer implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

·        Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand CRM usage and map requirements to platform functionality.

·        Act as a trusted advisor on a broad range of technical topics including APIs, integrations, security, and SaaS solutions.

·        Collaborate with project managers, consultants, trainers, and client teams to plan and deliver complex configurations.

·        Develop and execute configuration testing plans in partnership with client technical experts.

·        Document processes, configurations, and integration solutions to support client adoption and knowledge transfer.

·        Partner with internal product and engineering teams to inform platform improvements and feature enhancements.

·        Proven experience as a technical consultant, solution architect, or similar role in SaaS, CRM, or sales engagement platforms.

·        Strong technical aptitude with experience in APIs, integrations, and both front-end and back-end development technologies.

·        CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce, Dynamics, or other SaaS platforms.

·        Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

·        Strong problem-solving skills with experience collaborating on complex client implementations.

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

·        Experience working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating with distributed teams.

·        Base salary range: $115,000 – $135,000, with potential for incentive compensation, bonuses, or restricted stock units.
