As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering software solutions that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. You will work across the full stack, from database models to user-facing screens, collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams. Your contributions will impact both customer acquisition and back-office workflows, helping internal teams and external partners achieve better outcomes. You will also mentor peers, drive refactoring efforts to reduce technical debt, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code. This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end development processes, participate in major platform migrations, and influence engineering best practices in a fast-growing environment. The position is remote-friendly, with flexibility to work from select U.S. locations or an office-based setup.

• Accountabilities
• Build, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications, including customer-facing interfaces and partner integration APIs.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define requirements, drive iterative development, and deliver high-quality software.
• Lead refactoring efforts and reduce technical debt to improve system flexibility and scalability.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing knowledge and building collective engineering capabilities.
• Participate in agile processes, contributing to work breakdown, trade-offs, and sprint delivery planning.
• Support end-to-end product development, from database design to user experience, ensuring seamless deployment and operational reliability.

• Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development expertise.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks; familiarity with Hotwire/Stimulus is a plus.
• Experience with building and maintaining consumer applications, partner integration APIs, or back-office solutions.
• Solid understanding of production systems, including Docker, containers, caches, databases, DNS, runtimes, and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to building well-crafted software.
• Comfortable working in remote-first environments with self-motivation and effective collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
