The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in developing and scaling user-facing applications and growth infrastructure for a high-impact consumer platform. This role focuses on building frontend solutions that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, backend, data, and design. You will contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your work directly influences growth strategies and user experiences. • Accountabilities:
• Design and implement high-quality, secure, and scalable frontend applications and features.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to translate ideas into functional products.
• Build infrastructure and tools that support growth initiatives, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and adhere to modern frontend architecture best practices.
• Contribute to performance optimization, usability, and security across web and mobile applications.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing frontend expertise, reviewing code, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Participate in roadmap planning, offsite events, and team initiatives to foster collaboration and alignment.

• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years building web applications and shipping user-facing features.
• Strong expertise with JavaScript and modern, component-based frameworks (e.g., React).
• Experience with front-end architecture, performance optimization, security, and usability.
• Familiarity with product and design lifecycles and collaborative development with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code.
• Preferred: experience in finance or security-focused front-end development, React Native, or blockchain/crypto applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
