• Accountabilities
• Build, maintain, and scale backend systems that power high-frequency, low-latency applications for consumer growth and engagement.
• Design and implement robust, secure, and reliable infrastructure to support global financial products and services.
• Develop and run experiments to drive user growth, engagement, and retention through data-driven backend solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and leadership to translate product vision into technical roadmaps.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and reliability through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Continuously optimize systems for performance, scalability, and resilience in a distributed environment.

• Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with proven expertise in backend development.
• Strong experience designing, building, and scaling production services and service-oriented architectures.
• Ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable code that meets customer needs.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Golang, Ruby, Rails, Docker) and databases (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and real-time application development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for building accessible, secure, and innovative financial products that scale globally.
• Nice to have: experience with blockchain technology, crypto-related systems, growth experiments, and launching products from 0 to 1.
