Senior SEO Manager (US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior SEO Manager in the United States.

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will lead the organic growth strategy, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive measurable impact across marketing and demand generation. You will own the SEO roadmap, collaborate across Web, Content, and Product Marketing teams, and set high standards for technical and content-driven SEO initiatives. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and direct influence on revenue growth, providing an opportunity to shape the company’s presence in the social media and creator space. You will implement scalable SEO processes, optimize content performance, and ensure the brand maintains authority across organic search channels.   • Accountabilities
  • • Develop and execute the full SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, content, off-site, and AI-powered search initiatives.
  • • Define SEO goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that link performance to revenue outcomes.
  • • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and SERP opportunity assessments to inform strategy.
  • • Execute on-page optimizations, site architecture improvements, and technical SEO initiatives (site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing).
  • • Lead off-page SEO efforts, including authority-building strategies and backlink acquisition.
  • • Audit and refresh content to ensure relevance, keyword alignment, and competitive differentiation.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Web, Content, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to integrate SEO into campaigns.
  • • Mentor junior SEO contributors and establish best practices across marketing teams.
  • • Track and analyze SEO performance, providing actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • • Stay ahead of SEO trends, including AI search, voice search, and social search, and evangelize best practices internally.
  • Requirements
  • • 5–7+ years of SEO experience with proven results in SaaS, PLG, or B2B technology environments.
  • • Advanced expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with measurable impact on traffic, conversions, and pipeline.
  • • Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, GA4, GSC, and Amplitude.
  • • Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Contentful, including workflow structuring and optimization.
  • • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • • Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered search, and emerging search channels.
  • • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, A/B testing tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence cross-functional teams.
  • • Experience mentoring junior team members and establishing scalable SEO frameworks.
  • • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize high-value work in a dynamic environment.
