As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to building and enhancing scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare platforms used globally. You will work with a modern tech stack including React, Node, and Go, collaborating with internal and external partners to design APIs and develop features that improve the health and well-being of users. This role involves contributing to architectural decisions, implementing maintainable code, and ensuring optimal performance and uptime across large-scale systems. You will engage with InfoSec teams to implement secure solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. This position offers the opportunity to shape the technical direction of the platform while working remotely with occasional collaboration sessions. Accountabilities

·         Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features and services using React, Node, and Go.

·         Collaborate with internal and external partners to define and integrate APIs for secure data sharing.

·         Write unit-testable, maintainable code aligned with high standards of software quality.

·         Work closely with InfoSec teams to design and implement secure solutions.

·         Contribute to scalable architecture and system improvements in collaboration with the Architecture team.

·         Develop internal tools and APIs to streamline business and engineering processes.

·         Produce technical documentation, flowcharts, and models to illustrate system design and workflows.

·         Actively participate in Agile processes, including planning, code reviews, and feature delivery.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.

·         5+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment.

·         Strong full-stack development skills in Go, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSX.

·         Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, APIs, and microservices.

·         Experience designing and maintaining complex asynchronous messaging and backend processing jobs.

·         Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.

·         Strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detail for working with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         8+ years of professional software development experience.

·         Experience with internationalization, multi-language support, and content management systems.

·         Deep backend knowledge in Go and React.

·         Familiarity with relational and document-oriented databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

·         Knowledge of data visualization tools like D3.

·         Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Docker, container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes), and Linux environments.

·         Experience with monitoring and analytics tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Segment, Sentry, or Mixpanel.

·         Awareness of open-source software trends and ability to provide recommendations for innovation.
