Salesforce Engagement Manager

This role is ideal for a seasoned engagement leader with deep expertise in Salesforce and cloud-based solutions, who thrives in client-facing, fast-paced environments. As Salesforce Engagement Manager, you will lead complex customer engagements, drive solution delivery, and act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their digital transformation journey. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution from sales handoff to delivery. This role blends strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and hands-on leadership, offering the opportunity to influence client outcomes, shape innovative solutions, and contribute to organizational growth. Travel up to 25% may be required to support client engagements and company events.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage client relationships from a delivery perspective, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and meet expectations.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and oversight to project teams, acting as an escalation point, ensuring compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for client transformation and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Participate in customer sales cycles, providing input on scope, estimates, staffing, and account growth strategies.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions from sales to delivery, including SOW reviews, role definitions, project kick-offs, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure appropriate staffing, manage risks, and optimize delivery processes.
  • Drive internal initiatives to improve solution delivery capabilities, methodologies, and reusable assets.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of consulting experience with a blend of solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and client-facing leadership.
  • 5+ years leading complex engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members, accountable for strategy, technical direction, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proven experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce or AWS solutions across multiple clouds and/or services.
  • Deep expertise in contact center and integrated solution design, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, Amazon Connect, and related CCaaS ecosystems.
  • Strong pre-sales capabilities, including discovery, scoping, estimation, and presenting technical/business value to executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, integrations, data modeling, QA strategy, and go-live readiness.
  • Proficiency in SDLC and program governance, with the ability to articulate technical risks and roadmap tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills, capable of influencing decisions and driving alignment in pre-sales and delivery settings.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including SOW creation, LOE estimates, change management, and scope/value management.
