Regional Vice President, Sales

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Vice President, Sales in the United States.

As a Regional Vice President, Sales, you will lead strategic revenue growth across your assigned territory, driving expansion in both existing and emerging markets. Your role centers on identifying high-value opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and elevating the organization’s market presence through thoughtful planning and execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, strengthen retention, and ensure sustained business impact. This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at relationship-building, and consistently delivers on growth targets.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and drive “new logo” acquisition.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers, build lasting rapport, and establish clear sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and cross-functional leaders to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage and grow client retention by enhancing relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded value.
  • Present products and services to deepen existing partnerships and address customer needs effectively.
  • Coordinate internal and external client debriefs to inform future strategy and improvements.
  • Lead business development planning efforts, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to gather feedback and monitor relevant trends.
  • Identify opportunities for new campaigns, services, or distribution channels to boost sales.
  • Analyze competitive positioning to refine unique value propositions and differentiators.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure accurate CRM data management.
  • Track activity across accounts, pursue deal closure, and consistently work toward established targets.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s professionalism and brand integrity.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of proven sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Minimum three years of experience selling into the healthcare market.
  • Strong competencies in strategic thinking, leadership, business acumen, customer focus, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, along with strong research, planning, and territory-management abilities.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in business administration, advanced sales skills, and experience with market analysis or public speaking.
