Process Engineer

This role provides a strategic opportunity to optimize and standardize cross-functional business processes within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. The Process Engineer will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, PMO, and Commercial teams to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements that drive operational performance. You will lead process optimization initiatives, ensure compliance with standards, and deliver measurable outcomes that support revenue-generating activities. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration across the organization.

• Evaluate existing processes across departments, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, document, and implement scalable process frameworks, including workflow diagrams, SOPs, checklists, and RACI charts.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of improved processes, providing training, communication, and guidance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of process improvements.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment with Agile methodologies and organizational goals.
• Recommend system automation or technology enhancements to support operational efficiency and process scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Process, Operations, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process design, continuous improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in process documentation and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Miro) and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience in software, engineering, technology, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
