Principal Engineer, AI Architect

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of Conversational AI solutions using Generative AI technologies. You will serve as the technical leader and architect for enterprise-grade AI products, designing cloud-native, scalable, and resilient architectures. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, you will translate high-level AI vision into production-ready systems while mentoring and guiding engineers. This position combines hands-on development, strategic technical decision-making, and team leadership to deliver innovative AI products that transform customer engagement. You will have the chance to influence AI adoption across the organization and drive engineering excellence in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Accountabilities
• Architect and develop next-generation Conversational AI products, leveraging Generative AI and advanced AI technologies.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, establishing technical direction, coding standards, and best practices.
• Partner with product teams to translate vision and requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Design cloud-native architectures that are resilient, highly available, and scalable for future growth.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI tools and services, championing their adoption across teams and projects.
• Drive engineering excellence through test automation, quality assurance, and high standards for production delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI trends and solutions, recommending and implementing innovations to maintain competitive advantage.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience building full-stack applications with Java and Node.js (Python and Vue.js are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• 5+ years of experience shipping AI products to production environments.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (GCP experience preferred).
• Background in data analytics and reporting tools, particularly for conversational analytics (desired).
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams as a technical expert.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in ambiguous situations, and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
