Principal Customer Success Manager

This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving adoption, value realization, and long-term growth with enterprise customers. The Principal Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to executive, program, and technical teams, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of their technology investments. You will manage strategic accounts, act as the voice of the customer internally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and identify opportunities for expansion. This highly visible role requires deep domain knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to guide complex initiatives while influencing multiple stakeholders.   • Accountabilities:
  • Advance relationships with strategic and enterprise-level customers, ensuring adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Establish and maintain a partnership framework to drive effective engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to executives, program managers, and technical teams, providing guidance and insights.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, delivering feedback to improve product offerings, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within accounts, proactively addressing challenges and supporting strategic account plans.
  • Manage critical adoption programs to ensure rapid and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to align efforts and maximize customer value.

  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Program Management, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and building executive-level relationships.
  • Strong understanding of technology adoption, enterprise software, or Industrial IoT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Competencies in integrity, composure, and organizational agility.
