Power BI & SharePoint Developer

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI and SharePoint to create actionable insights and streamline data management processes. You will design and maintain interactive dashboards, manage SharePoint sites and data repositories, and support leadership in analyzing performance metrics and operational data. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with executives and operational teams, applying technical solutions to optimize contract and portfolio management. The role emphasizes innovation, accuracy, and real-time data utilization, enabling the organization to make informed, high-impact decisions. • Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support contract site management, performance metrics analysis, and portfolio monitoring.
• Create, manage, and maintain SharePoint sites and data repositories for efficient storage and retrieval of operational data.
• Integrate multiple data sources to provide actionable insights for company executives and contract site leadership.
• Maintain FGL SharePoint database records and reference libraries.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows for notifications and process automation.
• Collaborate with Optimization Cell team members, executives, and site leadership to deliver innovative solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational optimization initiatives.
• Requirements:
• 1+ year of Power BI experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• 1+ year of SharePoint experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Required certifications: SharePoint Online GCC, Sharegate, PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
• Desired certifications: SharePoint 2010 on-premises, SharePoint Online GCC – High, PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Computer Science degree can substitute for experience; certifications remain required.
