- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners and coordinate with diverse engineering teams to ensure project success.
- Develop risk-informed approaches to address evolving challenges.
- Prepare engineering calculations and analysis.
- Conduct site visits and walkdowns.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional interactions.
- Identify and promote opportunities for PRA and related risk-informed application projects.
- Identify and promote training and industry interaction opportunities.
- Produce high-quality engineering deliverables in accordance with project work scopes.
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- At least 3 years of experience in the nuclear industry.
- Understanding of Level 1 and Level 2 PRA tasks and external events.
- Experience with EPRI Risk & Reliability software and PRA codes.
- Familiarity with NRC governing codes and standards.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
