Paid Search Manager (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Paid Search Manager in the United States.

As Paid Search Manager, you will own and drive a high-impact multi-million-dollar paid search program across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and TikTok. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and drive measurable business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and report performance metrics that influence decision-making at the highest levels. This is an opportunity to shape paid media strategy in a fast-paced, innovative, and growth-focused environment while leveraging the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage all paid search campaigns, including strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and collaborate with design teams on effective ad creatives.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures to maximize performance, ROI, and key business metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversions).
  • Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop a testing and optimization roadmap aligned with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Report campaign performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on digital marketing innovations, search engine marketing trends, and emerging AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • 5+ years of experience managing pay-per-click campaigns, multi-million-dollar budgets, and cross-platform advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Expert-level proficiency in reporting and analyzing full-funnel metrics, including ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and payback time.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct competitor research using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests and applying learnings to improve campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with AI tools relevant to digital marketing and growth optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
