We are seeking a strategic and creative communications professional to lead public relations and social media efforts for a dynamic health technology organization. This role is responsible for amplifying the brand voice, managing media relations, and executing engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms. The Manager will collaborate across teams to align communications with product launches, educational initiatives, and campaigns, ensuring consistency and authenticity. Success in this role will be defined by increased brand visibility, media coverage, social engagement, and the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with practitioners and patients.   • Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute public relations strategy, including proactive media outreach, press releases, and reactive media response.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers across health, wellness, tech, business, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Manage agency partnerships to support PR and communications initiatives.
  • Oversee and co-own organic social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube, driving engagement and brand consistency.
  • Create, write, and manage content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and other social-first materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product, education, and commercial functions to source and amplify content.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all communications channels.
  • Develop communications plans for major initiatives, launches, and events, partnering with leadership on executive communications.
  • Track and report on media coverage, PR performance, and social media analytics, using insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or social media roles, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment.
  • Proven success in securing media coverage and managing relationships with journalists and media outlets.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to take ownership of initiatives.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience in digital healthcare, wellness, or B2B industries is a strong asset.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
