This role is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance environment engineering team to ensure non-production systems are maintained, reliable, and aligned with business and technical requirements. You will manage multiple QA environments, coordinate change requests, and oversee both manual and automated testing activities across complex IT projects. Accountabilities:

The Lead QA Environment Engineer will oversee the integrity, reliability, and readiness of all QA environments:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of QA technical standards, processes, and tools across IT projects.
• Manage multiple non-production environments and coordinate environmental changes, ensuring proper tracking and closure of requests.
• Estimate, plan, schedule, and execute QA projects, including moderately complex testing and debugging tasks.
• Support application deployment by verifying alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify environment needs and establish necessary infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers, driving consistent adherence to QA best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned while ensuring compliance with all policies and standards.

Candidates should demonstrate strong technical and analytical expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in QA, environment management, or related IT roles.
• Experience with Jira, Jira Align, ServiceNow; familiarity with Softheon is a plus.
• Knowledge of enterprise-class system software packages, database testing, and MS Windows.
• Experience with automation scripting and testing of software products preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading multiple projects to successful completion.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and attention to detail under pressure.

• Competitive annual salary range: $100,900 – $186,800.
