Lead IT Project Manager, GTM

This role is a senior IT leadership position responsible for managing high-impact initiatives across Go-to-Market (GTM) systems, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations platforms. You will lead strategic projects that connect business goals to technical execution, ensuring scalable solutions that optimize processes and drive revenue performance. The position requires a mix of executive-level influence and hands-on delivery, translating complex objectives into actionable plans, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks. You will establish governance, create transparency for stakeholders, and mentor junior project managers, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Accountabilities
• Lead strategic GTM-focused IT initiatives across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, and other revenue-enabling systems.
• Establish program governance, aligning IT, RevOps, Finance, and GTM stakeholders around priorities and objectives.
• Develop executive-level deliverables including program charters, roadmaps, KPI dashboards, and steering committee updates.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear success metrics and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams while proactively mitigating risks and removing blockers.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication at all levels to ensure transparency and engagement across GTM and IT teams.
• Drive process improvements in project management frameworks and delivery lifecycle for scalable, repeatable success.
• Support portfolio management and prioritization, balancing strategic impact, resource capacity, and delivery velocity.
• Mentor and guide junior PMs and contributors in project execution, governance, and stakeholder management.

• Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in IT or enterprise systems project management, focused on GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations systems.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, pipeline analytics, and data flow.
• Strong communicator, skilled at producing executive-ready deliverables and driving alignment without formal authority.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and system integrators within SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma frameworks.
• PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, able to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to drive system adoption and efficiency.
