Information Review and Release Analyst

This is a mission-critical role supporting a dynamic intelligence-focused environment, where you’ll be responsible for reviewing sensitive documents, applying classification guidance, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Your work will involve analyzing complex content, redacting classified information, and coordinating with other government agencies. Accountabilities:

• Conduct detailed reviews of classified materials and redact sensitive information in accordance with Executive Order 13526, FOIA, and the Privacy Act.
• Evaluate document content and context to determine release eligibility and apply appropriate exemption codes.
• Use electronic tools and manual processes to prepare documents for release while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide written rationales for redactions and maintain accurate records in tracking systems.
• Coordinate with other government agencies (OGAs) to identify and refer relevant equities.
• Research previous release decisions to ensure consistency and support accurate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and enhance review accuracy.

• Prior experience in classified information review, declassification, or analysis within the Intelligence Community.
• Strong knowledge of information security, classification policies, FOIA, Privacy Act, and Executive Order mandates.
• Familiarity with SIGINT or relevant IC analytic experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and research capabilities in document analysis and release recommendations.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Active security clearance is required.
